Admission Policy

Registration is not a guarantee of admission and only includes the child in the process of selection. Admission will be made by the Principal and his/her decision will be final.

  • Registrations would remain open throughout the year.
  • Registration will cease 48 hours prior to the start of the selection process.
  • Admissions for the current academic session will close on July 15th every year.
  • A Registration Form along with the Prospectus (subject to change as decided by the Management from time to time) can be obtained at the counter of the School on payment of a fee of Rs. 500/-.
  • It can also be downloaded from our website as well.
  • On receipt of the registration form and on completion of all the due formalities, the child will be registered for admission in International Public School.

ADMISSION PROCESS-:

  • A student seeking admission to any class will be eligible for admission to that Class  except in class X and XII  only if he/she :
    • Has been studying in a School recognized by or affiliated to CBSE Board or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.
    • Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him/her eligible for admission to that Class.
    • Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the CBSE/State/U. T. Government and applicable to the place where the School is located; and produces :
    • The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.
    • Document(s) in support of his/her having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination; and
    • Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths/Hospital , where-ever existing, as proof of date of birth.

Admission process comprises of the following steps :

  • Filling up/Submission of the admission form in the school office.
  • Payment of the relevant fee, as required at the time of admission. It may be noted that once the fee got paid will not be refunded or transferable under any circumstances.

Documents Required

Admission will only be confirmed on submission of the following documents:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Transfer Certificate (If Seeking admission in class 2nd and above)
  3. Report card of previous school
  4. 3 Passport size recent coloured photographs
  5. Copy of Aadhar Card
  6. Samagra ID/Child ID/Family ID
  7. Students Saving Bank A/C No. along with an IFSC Code
  8. Caste Certificate (if Applicable)

Fee Required

  • An admission fee of rs. 5000/-
  • prospectus fee of rs. 500/- will be charged.
  • Registration fee of rs.3100 will be charged.
  • In case of direct admission in class X and XII a D.D. of rs. 5000/- should be given.
